How long do I have to wait before using my account?
After purchasing your account, receiving your welcome email and completing your initial clipboard information (same info you would provide to any new doctor), you can proceed with your consult – typically, same day.
What happens after I purchase my account?
After enrolling, you will receive an auto-generated welcome email that includes your personalized account activation details, your Membership Identification card and Information Guide. The Guide describes services included, how to use them, how to add family members, etc.

To activate your account, just visit the website or call the toll-free number provided in the welcome email. Once your account is active, you can then download the app. With the app saved, your telehealth account (and your next doctor consult) is always at your fingertips, 24/7/365 – no need to carry a membership card!

Can I include family members under my account?
Yes, a total of 10 family members (including extended family!) can be included under your account. Each will enjoy $0.00 co-pay consults, same as you.
Are "pre-existing conditions" covered?
Yes, telehealth is not insurance and there are no pre-existing condition limitations to worry about.
Can my family and I complete consults while travelling, in-state or out-of-state?
Yes. Further, there are no “in-network / out-of-network” issues to deal with.
What if I have current health coverage? Or no health coverage?

If I need a doctor's note for work, school etc, can I receive one via my telehealth consult?
Yes, if you verbally request DURING YOUR CONSULT, the doctor can provide you with a note.
Can I (or my family members) complete a consult in a language other than English?
Yes, when requesting your consult, you can also indicate your language preference if other than English.
What is the cancellation policy? Is this a long-term commitment?
You may cancel your account at any time, for any reason, no long-term commitment to worry about. Simply notify us in writing that you want to cancel your membership. (Contact information will be included in your membership welcome email.)
What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund of your Initial Payment only, provided you cancel your service within 30 days of receiving your membership information. Refund will be made either by crediting or cancelling the Initial Payment method used. At our discretion, we may instead mail a refund check. After 30 days of receiving your membership welcome email, no refund will be available.
Can I still use my insurance for any prescription sent to the pharmacy?
Yes. How you pay for pharmacy purchases (prescriptions, over-the-counter, etc) after a telehealth consult is always your choice. If your insurance has an Rx benefit, use it.
